At Deen City Farm Riding School, we’re looking for horses to join our team, whether on Full Loan or Working Livery. If you have a horse that you think could be a great fit for our school, we’d love to hear from you!
Your horse will be cared for by qualified professionals who are passionate about their well-being, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention, whether they are with us on loan or as part of our working livery program.
Working Livery - £350 per month
Our Working Livery service is perfect for owners who want their horse to be part of a riding school while still benefiting from consistent care and exercise. For £350 per month, we offer a flexible and supportive working livery arrangement.
What’s Included:
- Full care of your horse, including its own stable, feeding, bedding, and access to quality facilities.
- Regular exercise and participation in our riding school’s lessons and activities.
- The horse will be used for lessons, demonstrations, and rider training under the guidance of our qualified instructors.
- Full access to our facilities for your horse’s health and well-being.
- All care and supervision is provided by qualified professionals who are experienced in the management of horses in a riding school environment.
Benefits:
- Your horse gets regular, structured work and exposure to different riders.
- The only things for you to pay for are farriers, vets, tack or anything supplementary to normal care.
- You get to ride your horse 3 times a week (one weekend day, if required)
- The horse is assessed for suitability to ensure they are happy in the environment and well-matched to the students.

Full Loan
Are you considering loaning your horse to a reputable riding school? Full loan with us allows your horse to be a part of our school’s activities while still being your horse.
What’s Included:
- Your horse will be used for riding school lessons, events, and general riding activities.
- All care, including feeding, stabling, exercise, and general maintenance, is provided.
- Regular updates on the horse’s condition and performance.
- Horse will be assessed for suitability to ensure a good match for our students and activities.

- Your horse is part of a well-structured riding school, receiving regular exercise and attention from experienced instructors and riders.
- All care is provided by qualified professionals who will ensure your horse is well looked after.

How It Works
Assessment: All horses are assessed for suitability before entering the program, ensuring they are a good match for the type of work we do at Deen City Farm Riding School. This is to guarantee the welfare of the horse and a safe, enjoyable experience for our riders.
Terms & Conditions: Once assessed, we will provide a detailed agreement to ensure both parties are clear on the terms, care, and responsibilities.
